Scrutiny Panel

The Scrutiny Panel is very much involved in monitoring performance and making recommendations about the services you receive. The panel is made up of a diverse group of tenants who are selected through an application process.

Once on the Scrutiny Panel you will take part in project work, or service reviews, which look into our services in great detail. Once a service review is complete, the Scrutiny Panel produce a set of recommendations that are presented to our Senior Management Team and the Board. Members of the Scrutiny Panel receive a £10 shopping voucher each time they attend a meeting.
