New build homes

The need for more affordable housing in Teignbridge is very high, particularly for larger families. For those of you who are currently on waiting lists for larger homes, you will have experienced the frustrations this demand gives people. This is why it is important for us to build more affordable homes to help ease the demand and hopefully re-home more of our customers into homes that are more suitable for their needs.

Do you dream of living in your own affordable home?
HelpToBuy is the government's low-cost home ownership scheme and enables first-time buyers to buy a share of a property and get onto the housing ladder.
