Our communications group having been celebrating after the Housing Quality Network (HQN) picked our annual report 2010 as good practice. The HQN provides help and support to housing associations to help improve their performance. Our annual report 2010 has been selected for use in HQN training to show other housing associations how it should be done.
Karen Johnson, our Head of Customer and Corporate Services said: “Every year the tenants who sit on our communications group work really hard to come up with the design and theme for our annual reports, which are then produced by DH Design. We always try and do something a little different and make it as interesting as possible for our customers to read. It’s great to see that all their hard work has been recognised in this way and hopefully our annual report 2011 will be received just as well next year.”
The Tenant Services Authority, the regulator for housing associations, have also picked our annual report 2010 as good practice for including the work that they are doing around equality and diversity related issues. Both annual reports were designed by tenants with DH Design. Our annual report 2011 is now available to download from our corporate page.
