We have added a new service request to SeeMyData, our online facility that allows you to access your account and repairs details 24 hours a day.

Naomi, our Go 2 Advisor, works with customers who have questions about money, debt, form-filling, budgeting and benefits applications. She can also help you access other agencies and schemes if that’s what you need, and help you with practical ideas to help your money go further.

If you would like to see Naomi, you can now get in touch with her via SeeMyData. Once you have logged into your account go to the ‘services’ tab and click on the Go 2 Advisor icon. To make it even quicker and easier, your details will automatically be filled in. You will have the option to give us a few more details about what assistance you need, then click submit – it’s that easy!
