Fill in your Resident Census online by visiting www.marketingmeans.co.uk. You will be asked to enter your unique reference code which you will find on the front of your paper version.

We are about to carry out a Census of all our tenants. You might remember filling out the government’s National Census – the purple booklet – in May of this year. Our Resident Census will ask you about things like your age, income, religion and any disabilities you may have, among other things.

It’s really important that you fill out this Census. By knowing about you and your household we can make sure the services we provide are the ones you need and want. It’s not unusual for a company to want to know more about it’s customers. Just think about Tesco and it’s Clubcard. By matching up your personal details with information about what you buy in their supermarkets, Tesco can send you information and offers for products that might interest you, and make sure they keep your favourite baked beans in stock!

For some of our tenants, Tesco probably knows more about you than we do. There is a reason for every question we will ask you in our Census, it’s all about tailoring the services we provide to your needs. Developing new homes with enough bedrooms, budgeting for disability aids, providing financial advice if you’re feeling stretched or giving you tailored tenancy advice.
