Paying your rent and service charges

To make life easier for you, Teign Housing has several ways to pay your rent and service charges.

The list on the right shows all the ways you can pay your charges.

We can also help you to work out how much to pay, make special arrangements if you're going away and we'll send you a quarterly statement to help you keep track of payments.

Our trained team can provide support and answer your questions on rent, housing and welfare benefits and managing debts.

Contact us on 01626 322722 or e-mail: rents@teignhousing.co.uk to arrange for one of the team to visit you in your own home.  Our advice is free and confidential and could save you money and sleepless nights. 

Direct debit payments

Every day more of our customers are switching to Direct Debit.

Direct Debit allows your bank to automatically send payments on a date you agree with us. Your payments are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee which gives you peace of mind that your payments are secure and you will not lose your money if an error is made.

If your rent or benefit changes, we would agree a new payment amount with you and your Direct Debit payments would automatically be changed.

We offer a choice of different payments to suit you.
