- Criminal activity including drug dealing and prostitution;
- Domestic violence and abuse;
- Noise nuisance;
- Environmental nuisance, including hoarding items;
- Untidy gardens;
- Verbal abuse;
- Damage to property;

- Nuisance associated with business use of premises;
- Nuisance associated with drug, alcohol and solvent misuse;
- Nuisance associated with pets.
How do I report anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour may be reported by the victim or by a third party on their behalf. Teign Housing staff working within the community will provide a vital link between you, the local police and community wardens to help combat anti-social behaviour and its negative effect on people’s lives. To report an incident and arrange an interview, contact our Customer Services Team or your Neighbourhood Services Advisor. If you don‘t know who your Neighbourhood Services Advisor is, click here >>
Completing diary sheets is a vital tool in resolving anti-social behaviour. They help us to understand the impact on your community and decide on the best course of action to tackle the problem. Diary sheets are available from your Neighbourhood Services Advisor or can be downloaded here>>
