Teign Housing manages over 3,600 homes across South Devon. Our head office is at Templar House, Collett Way, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4PH. Customers can visit us at our office in the Butter Market in Newton Abbot town centre.  We also operate a part-time satellite office at Kingsway, Teignmouth.  We employ over 80 members of staff and we are a registered charity governed by our Board of Management. One third of our Board is made up of tenants.

Our vision and aims
Our key aim is to continue to improve service delivery to achieve at least an overall two star service and first quartile performance for the majority of key performance indicators and service standards. To achieve this we have seven objectives that will help improve our services and keep the business viable and expanding. These seven objectives are:

Our regulator
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is a tenant led, and tenant-focussed, organisation that has taken over from the Housing Corporation to oversee how all housing associations are run.  One of the TSA’s key aims is to ‘raise the standard of services for tenants.’ This means that putting you, our customers, at the heart of everything we do, is even more important than ever.
