If you'd like to talk to someone about tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour, rent or financial advice and moving home, please visit us at our conveniently located office in the Butter Market in Newton Abbot town centre. 

Our executive team, customer services (telephone), governance, communications, finance, supported housing, asset and IT teams are based at Templar House in the Brunel Industrial Estate.

Please be aware that parking at Templar House is restricted. We have one visitors bay and one bay for Disabled visitors on-site, however there is some parking available on the road. Osborne Street car park is the nearest public car park which is a 15 minute walk away.   

Both Newton Abbot offices are open Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm and on Fridays 8.30am-4.30pm.

We also have a satellite office located in the heart of the community at number 65, Kingsway, Teignmouth.  It's open three days a week: Mondays and Wednesdays 2pm-4pm and Fridays from 10am-12pm.  Please contact us on 01626 322722 or e-mail info@teignhousing.co.uk to make an appointment.
