Pay your rent

You are able to make payments through our online system in conjunction with Santander Billpay. This system uses the latest technology to make sure your payment is secure.

Are you new to online payments?
You will need a e-mail address and password to register and make a payment.

Step 1 - Use the blue icon to the right to access Santander's Billpay website and register your details.

Step 2 - When you have logged onto Billpay, add your Teign Housing account details:

• Click on My Details on the left
• Click on Add Account
• Select Teign Housing from the list

You will need your tenancy number which you will find on any statement or invoice. The first six numbers only.

Who can pay for what
If you are a tenant you can make a payment for rent, service charges and repairs.

If you are a leaseholder you can make a payment for ground rent, service charges or improvements.

If you are a TeignCare customer you can pay for your alarm system rental.

If you are not a tenant, you can still pay any of our charges online, just enter your customer number in the space that asks for a tenancy number.
