Ways To Pay

We have various ways to pay your rent and it is our aim to make it as easy as possible. You can pay in the following ways:

You can pay your rent and service charges 24 hours a day, seven days a week using this website. Click here to pay your rent.  

Do you have a smartphone?
If you have a smart phone you can download the Allpay app on ITunes, google play or windows  its free to download and means you can pay your rent on the go!

Direct Debit
This is the most convenient way of paying. You can choose to pay your rent monthly on either the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th of each month, or you can pay weekly on a Monday. To set up a Direct Debit you can either download and print a Direct Debit form or phone/visit either of our offices and ask for a Direct Debit form. You may want to check what your payments will be and the Rents Team will be happy to help with this.

Payment card
We send all of our customers a rent payment swipe card which you can use to pay your rent at any Post office or any Payzone outlet.

Have your debit or credit card handy and call us on 01626 322722 and ask to pay your rent.

Standing Order
Either download and print a Standing Order form or phone/visit either of our offices and ask for a Standing Order. You should discuss the frequency and amount of your payments with the Rents Team, but please remember that with a Standing Order, you will need to amend any payments should you have a change in your weekly rent.

In person
You can pay by cash, cheque or card at our town centre office at The Butter Market, Newton Abbot. You can no longer make payments in person at our Millwood House office.
