Phone Lines - Thursday 23rd May 2019

As part of our aim to continually improve the service that we deliver to you we will be diverting our Customer Hub telephone lines to answerphone on Thursday 23rd May for a staff training day.

During this time you can email us at  and all other staff can be contacted on their usual direct dial numbers.  You can still report a repair to Templer HomeBuild by calling 0800 197 9790.


If you wish to pay your rent, you can make a card payment by:

  • Telephone –  you can call the AllPay Automated Payment line on 0844 557 8321.  Please have your debit or credit card handy.
  • Online – 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the AllPay website (registration required) by Clicking Here
  • Smartphone – download the free app and pay your rent on the go iPhone/Apple Store, Android/Google Play, Windows Phone
