We have now fully closed our office, following the Government’s announcement last night. We have also reduced services, to enable staff to remain at home as requested and to manage around anyone who is on the NHS vulnerable list or unwell.
We will safely continue essential caretaking, including communal bins which are our responsibility. We will also continue to provide emergency repairs, and have put in additional hygiene measures to protect you and staff while these take place. You will no longer be able to book urgent or routine repairs, and we will cancel any existing non-emergency repair appointments which are already booked in.
Existing TeignCare customers with the alarm service can continue to use their call button in an emergency, and if you have a welfare visit as part of your service, we will call you instead.
