Introducing Teign Homes
We’re pleased to introduce Teign Homes, our new name and brand.
From 1 October, Teign Housing and Teign Homes have come together under one identity, and we are now operating as a single organisation called Teign Homes.
This change follows feedback from residents who told us that having two organisations with very similar names could be confusing. By bringing everything together under one clear identity, we can make it easier for residents, partners and communities to understand who we are and the services we provide.
Importantly, this is not an expensive change. Moving to a single organisation and brand will be more efficient and help us make the best use of our resources, allowing us to focus more on maintaining homes and delivering services for residents.
What does this mean for you?
For residents, it’s very much business as usual.
- Your home, tenancy or licence agreement remains unchanged.
- Rent payments and service charges stay the same.
- You’ll continue to receive services from the same teams and colleagues.
- There is no action you need to take.
Over the coming months, you’ll start to see our new name and logo appearing across the organisation, including on:
- Letters, emails and documents
- Our website and social media channels
- Colleague uniforms
- Vehicles and signage
We’re taking a phased and practical approach to introducing the new brand, making use of existing materials wherever possible to minimise costs and reduce waste. This means you may see both the old and new branding during the transition period.
While our look may have changed, our purpose remains exactly the same: providing homes people love and being a landlord you can trust.
