Help us deliver better homes as you develop your skills every day.
Teign Housing is a successful social landlord employing over 90 ambitious, committed people, responsible for managing more than 3,600 homes across South Devon. As our Administrator, you will be central to everything we do as you provide comprehensive administrative support within a busy team covering all aspects of property maintenance.
About the Administrator role
Resolving queries from customers, contractors and other stakeholders, our Administrator will provide excellent service every day. At the same time, you will raise work orders and process invoices, conduct customer satisfaction and feedback surveys, organise appointments for your colleagues, attend and minute meetings and manage our database, giving you real insight into the way we operate.
Most importantly, you will work with our Occupational Therapist to support adaptations for residents with disabilities, managing cases from initial contact through to installation, so you will make a real and lasting difference to our customers’ lives.
To be successful in this Administrator role, you should bring excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, backed by a high level of computer literacy. If you are familiar with social housing or property management, so much the better, but it’s your passion for customer service, proven ability to manage your own workload and determination to make your mark on everything we do that will matter most.
Prove you have what it takes and this could be the first step in a fast-moving career within the fascinating and fast-changing world of property management and residential letting.
As our Administrator, you can expect to enjoy an excellent benefits package with a contributory pension scheme, 25 days’ leave per year plus bank holidays, free parking and a modern working environment.
