Reporting directly to our Head of Housing, you will go the extra mile every day to ensure we deliver high quality housing and independent living services.
Championing continuous improvement, embedding innovation and constantly reviewing and enhancing our services, you will shape effective policies and procedures covering neighbourhood development, community development, tenancy management, supporting a diverse range of vulnerable people and effectively dealing with/controlling antisocial behaviour. At the same time, you will actively promote our independence, wellbeing and sustainability services, which deliver instant interventions to ensure our customers have the very best chances of succeeding in their tenancies..
To be equal to the challenge, you should be a highly experienced housing manager with expert knowledge of housing management and a broad range of landlord services. If you are familiar with cutting-edge thinking and current challenges within these areas, so much the better, and you should be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity in order to develop a range of outcome-focused, carefully tailored services. Finally, it goes without saying that you are adept at training and developing teams, overseeing budgets and building relationships both internal business partners as well as a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also be well versed in evolving legislation and best practice.
