Our new self-service online launches

 

Our new and improved online services My Teign Account has now launched. The new tenant portal, that has replaced SeeMyData, allows you to do much more than the old one, and links better with our office systems to improve how we handle enquiries.

You won’t be automatically transferred onto the new portal if you used SeeMyData currently, but all customers can register and get access by calling our Business Support Team on 01626 322722 to get a verification code (so we can prove it’s you, and ensure only you have access to your information) and then you can get going.

My Teign Account is open 24/7, 365 days a week, enabling you to pay rent, check your balance, make a repair request and much more, at a time that suits you.
