New self-service online coming soon
We are set to launch new, improved online services in March this year. The new tenant portal, which will replace SeeMyData, will allow you to do much more than the old one, and will link better with our office systems to improve how we handle enquiries.
The old SeeMyData system has now been removed in preparation of the new services going live around early march. You can continue to access our services and raise questions via email, on our web contact form or by calling our team or using Live Chat.
You won’t be automatically transferred onto the new portal if you use SeeMyData currently, but all customers can register and get access from early March. We’ll give a final date in the next ezine. It will be easy to register, all you’ll need to do is call our team once to get a verification code (so we can prove it’s you, and ensure only you have access to your information) and then you can get going.
The portal will be open 24/7, 365 days a week. Enabling you to pay rent, check your balance, make a repair request and much more, at a time that suits you. It will also work well on mobiles and tablets.
The first 100 people to register when the site goes live in March will be put in a prize draw to win a £25 shopping voucher.
