We own and manage over 4,000 homes across Teignbridge, the South Hams, East Devon, Mid Devon, West Devon and Exeter, and we dedicate ourselves to providing good quality homes and tailored housing support.
On 1 October 2026, Teign Housing and our subsidiary maintenance company, Templer HomeBuild, came together under one name: Teign Homes.
While our name and branding will gradually change, our purpose remains exactly the same. We remain an independent not-for-profit registered charity, and there will be no changes to our services, rents, employment, or the support we provide to residents.
