Our repairs company, Templer HomeBuild, deliver a comprehensive responsive repairs service for our tenants (including gas servicing and repairs) as well as offering a host of additional property services such as: planned maintenance works, voids, cyclical painting solutions and appliance testing and repairs.
- For day to day repairs we offer a responsive repairs service with two priority bandings
- By appointment repairs will be completed within 30 days (42 days if it requires and inspection or survey)
- Emergency repairs will be completed within 24 hours
If you need to report a genuine emergency repair, please call FREEPHONE number 0800 197 9790. If you can smell gas or suspect a gas leak, you must evacuate the building and call the National Gas Emergency Service for assistance on 0800 111 999.
