We’ve updated how we are going to help support residents in an ever-changing climate. We’ve set out how we will improve services, invest in homes and run a sustainable organisation, all shaped by the voices of our residents.
There are many changes happening both at home and abroad which will impact our communities. Rising costs, new regulations and social pressures mean we must work differently. We’ve ensured our corporate plan remains relevant, achievable and aligned to the challenges and opportunities we all face.
We’ve been listening to residents. As a result, we are focusing on three strategic priorities to achieve our vision of ‘homes people love and a landlord you can trust’. These priorities are great services, great homes, and a sustainable business.
How will we know the plan is working?
We’re making sure we track our promises to ensure they are being delivered. We’ll monitor progress through things like our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), our complaints and compliments figures and by our ratings by the Regulator of Social Housing.
How can you help us achieve our vision of homes people love and a landlord you can trust?
By letting us know what you think about our services. We listen and we learn, and through this we are improving how we work. Let us know by answering a survey to give us feedback, getting involved or using our contact us page, and we’ll let you know what we are doing in response to your comments and suggestions.
