Ways to pay

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay. You can set a Direct Debit up for any frequency or date in the month to tie in with when you get your income.  You can download or print a Direct Debit form linked below or phone our Business Support Team on 01626 322722 who will be able to set up a Direct Debit over the phone.

Online Payment

This is safe and secure via AllPay. You will need your account reference to make the payment. The reference is on your most recent rent statement, or just call our team and they will provide it to you.

My Teign Account

You can pay your rent on our portal, and also check an overview of your account and tenancy details. The portal also allows you to provide us with feedback, ask questions and raise ASB issues as well as report repairs

Download the free Allpay app and pay your rent on the go. iPhone/Apple Store, Android/Google Play, Windows Phone

Payment card

We send all of our customers a rent payment swipe card which you can use to pay your rent at any Post office or PayPoint outlet. To find your nearest PayPoint outlet, click here.

Standing Order

Either download and print a Standing Order form or phone/visit either of our offices and ask for a Standing Order. You should discuss the frequency and amount of your payments with the Rents Team, but please remember that with a Standing Order, you will need to amend any payments should you have a change in your weekly rent.
