How We Help

Teign Housing ensures that our homes are affordable, attractive to tenants, and financially viable in the medium to long term. Managing our assets (or homes) is, therefore, partly about investing in, maintaining and upgrading properties and partly about understanding the needs and aspirations of our tenants. 


Current and Ongoing Projects

  • Maintaining Property stock condition data and using this to inform our our investments in our housing stock and Communities.
  • Monitoring Teign Housings carbon footprint.
  • Implementing Carbon reduction initiatives and identifying works to bring properties up to EPC C by 2030.
  • Douglas House, where we have submitted project plans to the Building Safety Regulator.
  • Consider redevelopment and regeneration opportunities across our housing stock.
