We want to know what our residents think about our services, so that we can continue to improve how we work. As part of this we are carrying out an online survey, which should take you less than 10 minutes to complete.
The survey can be accessed by clicking this link: TH_Survey_2024. You will need to enter your unique passcode from the letter you were sent. It is anonymous, so we can’t identify individual residents.
We will use your feedback to learn about what we do well and what we need to improve. All housing associations use this Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey so we can compare how we’re doing with others. We will let you know the survey results in the monthly resident newsletter, and tell you what improvements we are making. We will also report the results to the Regulator of Social Housing.
