Who We Are

Formed in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Teignbridge District Council, Teign Housing is a well-respected charity, non-profit, registered landlord with a clear social purpose. 

We own and manage over 4,000 homes across South Devon, from Dartmoor National Park to urban centres in Teignbridge, the South Hams, West Devon, Mid Devon, East Devon and Exeter.

We are dedicated to raising the standard of our housing services in the South West through investment and adapting to changing needs. We are committed to working with our tenants and partners to provide opportunities and develop thriving communities in our local area.
