Corporate Plans

Our Corporate Plan sets out the vision for the organisation and our aims and objectives for the next three years.

In October 2025, our Board approved our new Vision and Values, following consultation with board members, involved residents and staff. The current Corporate Plan references the previous vision and values; you can find the new vision and values on the Who We Are page.
