We’re delighted to announce that Templer HomeBuild, our repairs company have achieved gold for an 8th consecutive year at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Awards 2026.
We’ve been awarded the Gold Award for our outstanding Health & Safety performance throughout 2025. The award shows that the organisation’s commitment to Health & Safety is strong and visible.
Keeping people safe is our business, including our staff, our contractors and our residents and we’re proud of the positive safety culture we have built.
Justin Glue, Director of Operations heads up the agenda with regular reporting to the Teign Housing Board, regular site inspections and proactive engagement with the Templer HomeBuild teams, meaning we are always looking for areas of improvement and catching risks early.
As well as this, the Templer HomeBuild staff positively engage with our Health & Safety processes, with Templer supporting staff with their physical and mental health.
Strong communications channels mean that safety information is current, accessible and available for all areas of the business.
