New look estate inspections

We have changed the way we carry out estate inspections, following consultation with our involved customers.

The number of residents attending the publicised estate inspections has decreased and we now only have a handful of attendees. Feedback tells us the times are not always convenient or the weather was poor.

We will still inspect all our estates every three months as we feel this is important to meet our aim to create ‘safer, cleaner and greener neighbourhoods’. And if you’d like us to walk around your estate, contact us and we’ll set up a time.

So what’s new/what can you expect to see:

• Our team out on the estates carrying out regular inspections
• A more flexible approach for you to meet us on your estate at a mutually convenient time
• Publicised outcomes from estate inspections to let you know what we have been doing in your area.
