Gas and Heating Services Transferring to Templer HomeBuild

During the Easter weekend Gas and Heating servicing and repairs will be transferring from our existing contractor Westward Property Services (WPS) to our own ‘in house’ contractor Templer HomeBuild (THB).

Gas Engineers will be transferring from WPS to THB who have also recruited a new Compliance Manager to supervise the workforce and manage the delivery of services.

Our normal ‘out of hours’ service will be maintained during the Easter Office closure to provide cover for Emergencies, however other standard repairs will not re-commence until Tuesday 3^rd April.

As the workload transfers from WPS to THB there may be some temporary delays in response times to non urgent repairs, and we ask you to please bear with us during the fist few days whilst the new team get fully up to speed.

Please be assured that Emergencies and high priority repairs will be prioritised during this period.

Timescales will still be in accordance with our service standards i.e. Emergencies with 24 hours and the remainder ‘by appointment’ and priority will be given on a case by case basis if customers have any particular vulnerabilities or medical needs.
