New and improved online services now launched

Our new and improved online services My Teign Account has now launched. The new tenant portal, that has replaced SeeMyData, allows you to do much more than the old one, and links better with our office systems to improve how we handle enquiries.

You won’t be automatically transferred onto the new portal if you used SeeMyData currently, but all customers can register and get access by calling our team to get a verification code (so we can prove it’s you, and ensure only you have access to your information) and then you can get going.

My Teign Account is open 24/7, 365 days a week, enabling you to pay rent, check your balance, make a repair request and much more, at a time that suits you.

The first 100 people to register when the site goes live in March will be put in a prize draw to win a £25 shopping voucher.
