We’d like to take this opportunity to update you on our plans to provide additional legal training for our Customer Hub team. This means the team will be unavailable on Wednesday 16th October to respond to telephone conversations and emails.
We realise this is a big commitment on our part and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. However, we firmly believe that this type of training is fundamental in developing our people and in helping ensure we’re better equipped to support you with the level of service you receive as our customers.
