You will receive a Teign Housing Keeping in Touch (KIT) visit every two years. The aim of the visits is to ensure you know the ‘go-to’ person who is best placed to handle any enquiries you have about your home. It’s also a chance to ensure we know any repairs or improvement works you need, and to tell you about any free new services. Please make sure you keep to your agreed appointment time as these visits are important, and missed appointments cost time and money which we could use for other residents.
