Although we’re in a national lockdown, we’re working hard to keep services running as normal as possible. We are still completing repairs and gas safety checks but house visits for other reasons and estate inspections will be paused.
We may need a little longer answering the phones this week, as staff restart working fully from home. Like many of you, some of us are adjusting to having young children at home with us! It’ll help us and customers who don’t have online access, if you can email, use webchat or even better use your My Teign Account to contact us, including to report repairs. If you’ve not registered for this free online portal, you’ll find information on how to do it on our website page
We’ll also be re-starting our welfare calls, so if you’ve a vulnerable neighbour you think needs support or want a friendly check in phone call for yourself, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
