If you’ve returned from holiday abroad, Covid-19 rules mean you are likely to have to self-isolate for 14 days. There are a few countries this does not apply to – it changes daily, so check https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-travel-corridors for confirmation. Please call us on 01626 322722 or email customerhub@teignhousing.co.uk to tell us if you are self-isolating for any reason. This means we can keep you and staff safe during any repairs or other home visits. Before our repairs teams attend, we may ask you if you’ve recently returned from aboard or have any Covid-19 symptoms. In this way, we can take additional PPE precautions or re-book non-emergency repairs. Thank you.
