About the Asset Investment Administrator role
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Head of Asset Investment, you will assist in managing data relating to our stock and its energy performance, as well as participating in investment planning, property appraisals, carbon reduction initiatives, grant applications, resolving regulatory queries and preparing annual returns. Championing our customers’ interests at all times, you will help us align our strategies and maintenance policies to their needs and will find yourself involved in everything from servicing meetings to dealing with customers.
About you
Every day will bring stimulating new challenges, so it’s vital that you have a strong admin background gained in an asset or property management, surveying, construction, maintenance, environmental or energy efficiency setting. A formal qualification in housing or construction would be very useful, backed by knowledge of asset management systems and familiarity with grant funding and the Housing Regulatory Framework. However, we are most interested in your planning, organisational and time management skills, your ability to analyse and interpret complex information and your high level of IT literacy.
